Call for Papers released for the Fourth Workshop on Open-Ended Evolution

I am pleased to announce that the Call for Papers for the Fourth Workshop on Open-Ended Evolution (OEE4) is now out! The online workshop will be held as part of the 2021 Conference on Artificial Life over 19-23 July 2021.

Full details are available at the OEE4 webpage. The deadline for submission of extended abstracts or full papers is 30 May 2021.

The workshop aims to build upon the outcomes of the three previous workshops and the 2019 special issues of the Artificial Life journal on open-ended evolution (issue 25(1) and 25(2)).

Among other activities at OEE4, we will be starting to plan a new book of collected papers on open-ended evolution by leading figures in the field, discussing highlights and headlines from the special issues as well as new scientific results.

Please note that participation at the workshop will require registration for the ALIFE 2021 conference.
